I need some HOT a capella songs for a choir.  I have taught them the following:

I Open My Mouth
King Jesus' is a Listenin'
Jerusalem (sza ringin' them bells)

Maybe some Take 6 and In-a-Way material may help considering they're acapoco bands anyway.  ;)

Some good songs in this thread.
The Take 6 clip is more vocal jazz than gospel. Nice, but beyond a choir's typical 3-4 part harmony. 5-6 parts, probably...

If my choir sings acappella we usually go old school and change up the melody and parts.
We did Great is thy faithful, It is well and What if God is unhappy by Christopher Brinson.

My concert chorus song this in high school! I use to love that song!
We didn't do it acapoco though! LOL

I also loved when we did, "Lift Him Up"
Lift Him up above the moon
above the stars
above Jupiter and Mars.


Oh... Um... I don't know many acapella songs! lol
