This is kind of a hard song to chord out in this forum...
Key is Db
The bass is simply playing Db until the change, (bass players would probably use more fills once into the song)
This is the only change if memory serves me correct
B/Gb-B-Eb
Bb/Gb-Bb-Db
back to DbMaj
The horn section is doing it's own runs which you can try to incorporate off the Db bass line...
both hands single notes...F, Gb, Ab, Db...and some other runs
while playing the Db in the bass try moving between GbM and DbM in your right hand at times if your trying to do the song as the only musician.
I could try to give other tips, but it would be hard without actually being able to show you.
That's pretty much the entire song as far as I can remember...
