if you are talkin bout the fast part it is real simple:

Key: Eb

Eb
F/Db7
Gm7
Ab
Bb/Eb7
Ab
Gm
Cm7 or (C/Gm7) Sounds better
repeat

Just repeat and traspose up as high as you wanna to the next part
is just  a 1-4-5 in what ever key you are in Ex:

still in the key of Eb:
G/Eb 1
Ab    4
Bb     5

with my choir we can't do all of those crazy key changes we only have 6 singers so we have to modify the way we sing some of these songs and everything.

Does anyone else have any more details chords to this song. I have the beginning, but when it gets to the part when it says  He's worthy x2 Hallelu x2 I really get confused. I know its only 3 chords, but it's really getting fustrating especially because the praise and worship director has really been on my back about. So could anyone please help.

I think this is what you're looking for
it starts in F then transposes all the way up to G and breaks into a kind of shout music type groove
that groove comes from tye tribette's shout... But it goes sumn like dis...

REPEAT AND MODULATE
