I can tell you it's in Eb, then moves to F, then Gb.

As for the individual chords, you'd have to give me a day or so. I can say that the intro bounces in the left hand from Bb to Eb while the right hand bounces from a Eb chord to Ab chord; repeat that, then add a Bb.

Intro:
L.H.
Bb to Eb /
            / Eb G Bb, C Eb Ab

           /  Eb G Bb, C Eb Ab, Bb D F

repeat

Verse:

Eb / Eb G Bb

C /  Eb G Bb

F / Ab C Eb

G / G Bb Eb

Ab / Ab C Eb

Bb / Bb D F

Eb / Eb G Bb

repeat for next verse

That's what I've gathered so far. Hope that helps.
