Man Jeremy, You got to make it back to Tampa fam. I need a jhaynes fix. I've been looking for Kevin Griffin's cd. It's impossible to find. I remember a few years back someone posting a clip from the cd with John Roberts on drums. It was blazing. You know if he still has that project available?

...and you know it. One of our other boys (Da_Drumma)  is coming back to Tampa as well. It's nice to have the Tampa fam returning to home. We most definitely got to link up. I'll be playing at Without Walls this Sunday. Vickie Winans is going to be there. You should swing by if you got a chance.

...Griff's a beast...him and Brien Andrews use to play for my uncle, Dirk Chaney. ( Dirk Chaney & The Chosen Aggregation)...and D-Freeman did some overdubs and guess apperances on the last project they recorded.

wish i could make it!

I'm just filling in for their drummer. They're really in a dire situation there. They have gone from having six drummers (including myself) to having absolutely none. The guy I'm filling in for is actually going back there after they just lost their last drummer. He couldn't do it this Sunday because he has yet to find a drummer to fill the spot at the church he's currently playing at.

No need to congratulate me. I don't even go there anymore. I'm just filling in. Mark Payne is still the MOM. They do their musicians real dirty. That's why they can't keep anybody. They literally have NO drummer. The drum set is an absolute embarrassment. I personally wouldn't want anyone to play on it. It's a Yamaha Maple Custom gone to the dogs. The rims are tarnished, the bass drum leg is broken, they have no drum throne, the cymbals are cracked, all the stands are taped up. I'll take a picture of it and post it on here so you guys can see what a travesty this is. This is primarily the reason why their last drummer left. I don't understand why a ministry as large as that one can allow such an eye sore to remain. They absolute care nothing about the music department :-\ :-\ :-\. It's a shame.
My goal as a musician is to be better than myself.
