please could anyone give me a hand with this song i know someone posted some chords on it but i needed the whole song to learn and im having a hard time learning this song

ok so this what i got on my own so far

lead singing in the beginning
 F C Eb/G Ab C Eb
Db Ab Db/F Bb C  Eb
 Eb Bb Eb/C C# F Ab

then im lost after this

this is what i do
same as above until i get to the third chord i do this
Eb Ab Eb/ C Eb F Ab
            /Bb Eb G

i also got this crazy cut i did but i need help getting rest if anybody can please help me
