LGM PLEASE HELP PANTHERBOY OUT!!!!

Ok, after ther "chi town night of drums" i have decided to get rid of ALL my zildjian cymbals. The reason is cause im really just sick of zildjians. No offence to them, i mean they make wonderful products, but i dont like the sound im getting outta them. I mean Ks and K customs dont even sound "dark". They r just bright and drier sounding. HHX and Hand Hammered are dark,and they project, the're not dry, but the reason for that is Sabian still "hand hammer" the top of the line HH,HHX, the Artisan Rides,and some Signature stuff, and Zildjian lets a computer hammer everything, yes even the Ks and K customs, and even the K constantinoples they do by computer. Now really im talkin to all the SABIAN guys here. Ok the 3 Zildjs i have are: 15"K dark crash, 20" k custom ride, and a 8" k custom splash. I already kno what im gonna get in replace for the K dark crash. The replacement for that is gonna be:17" Signature JoJo Mayer fierce crash, and the replacement for the 8" k custom dark splash is: 10" AAX OZONE SPLASH. And for the replacement for the 20" k custom ride is:?????????????????????????? . This is why i need your help! I have no clue what ride i should get in repace for that. Im lookin at the HH leopard ride, HHX dry ride, And the legacy ride. can you sabian guys please help me out? All this is gonna happen today around 2:30 or 3:00pm, cuz right now its 12:11am lol. but i really need yalls help!

The Sabian takeover will be televised..lol...well, the AA Raw Bell Dry Ride or AA Dry Ride is nice or you can go with the HHX Dry Ride or HHX Stage Ride..either would suffice...You have quite a selection..Stay Blessed, Nate J.

I hate to burst your bubble, but Sabian's HH, HHX stuff isn't fully hand hammered.  The verdict is still out on the Vault.  There is some hand hammering involved, but it's not fully hand hammered, as you would allude to.

Hey Pantherboy!

I just recieved the Leopard Ride a few weeks ago and i must say that i really love it!
It is very dry and doesnt "swell up" all the time.
I would recommend to test it but you have to know that it is not very versatile. Since i also own a El Sabor ride which is less dry it was no problem for me to make that step by ordering a more "special" cymbal like the leopard ride.
Just try and see what fits you best!

Welcome to the family dawg.  I've been playing Sabian since 1989.  I was a "Zildjian head" growing up. until I played some Sabians with a rented kit and that did it for me. 


And you can't go wrong woth that Leopard ride.  That is my next cymbal purchase.

You'll love the 14" HHX Evo Mini China.  It's one of my favorite cymbals within my collection.
