The run is cool, although I would use it in the key of Db.  The chords, however, don't make any sense the way you got them posted.  Can you post the midi where u got it from so I can hear how it's supposed to sound?

Nice diminished run.. I use this one from time to time

I use it over a
C7b9 C/EGBbDb/Db,Bb,G,E,Eb,Db,C,Bb,Ab,A
or over a
C7#5#9 C/EAbBbEb/Db,Bb,G,E,Eb,Db,C,Bb,Ab,A

And I can see those chords being used as rootless voicings. If the progression being played was like Amin11 to Gmin11 to Gbmin9.  I'm assuming the bass would be playing A, G, Gb.

I can see it and hear it.  Even though only posting part of a progression makes it heard for us to give any context or get any type of hint on how to use the chords.

if u are a bit confuse the single notes next to the chords are just single notes..not chords....
