Do you mean "Maj7" and "min7" or "minMaj7"?

CMaj7 = C-E-G-B
Cmin7 = C-Eb-G-Bb
CminMaj7 = C-Eb-G-B (This chord F#minMaj9) is used in the intro of "Glory to the Highest", by Noel Jones

What are Major-Minor 7ths?  Please help!

That's just the "correct" theory term for the dominant 7th chord.  It basically just spells out what you have, a major chord plus a minor 7th on top.  Example:

C major/minor 7th or C dominant 7th (C7) = C major chord plus minor 7th = C-E-G + Bb = C-E-G-Bb

There is only one major/minor 7th.  Then, there is the Major 7th, Minor 7th, Minor/Major 7th, Half-Diminished 7th, and fully Diminished 7th.  Quick run through of those:

C major 7th (CM7) = C major plus major 7th = C-E-G + B = C-E-G-B

C minor 7th (Cm7) = C minor plus minor 7th = C-Eb-G + Bb = C-Eb-G-Bb

C minor/major 7th (CM7) = Cm/M7 (I think, LOL) = C-Eb-G + B = C-Eb-G-B

C half-diminished 7th (Cm7 (b5)) = C diminished plus minor 7th = C-Eb-Gb + Bb = C-Eb-Gb-Bb

C fully diminished 7th (Cdim7) = C diminished plus diminished 7th = C-Eb-Gb + Bbb = C-Eb-Gb-Bbb

C fully diminished 7th (Cdim7) = C diminished plus diminished 7th = C-Eb-Gb + Bbb = C-Eb-Gb-Bbb

T...I think you made a typo by listing the same chord 2 times.

C major 7th (CM7) = C major plus major 7th = C-E-G + B = C-E-G-B

C minor 7th (Cm7) = C minor plus minor 7th = C-Eb-G + Bb = C-Eb-G-Bb

Cdom7th (C7) = C major plus minor 7th = C-E-G + Bb = C-E-G-Bb as posted by you at the beginning of post

C minor/major 7th (CmM7) = Cm/M7 (I think, LOL) = C-Eb-G + B = C-Eb-G-B

C half-diminished 7th (Cm7 (b5)) = C diminished plus minor 7th = C-Eb-Gb + Bb = C-Eb-Gb-Bb

C fully diminished 7th (Cdim7) = C diminished plus diminished 7th = C-Eb-Gb + Bbb = C-Eb-Gb-Bbb

It's not really a typo, I just listed the same chord twice, LOL.  I took care of it, thanks for catching that.
