Can I get some help?!?

Hey ya'll...I'm basicly teaching myself to play the panio and organ. I know all the basics, but does anyone have something that will help me out...any tips... any good runs... I plan on taking some lessons latter on, but for right now got anythings really GOOD!

Welcome to the LGM family "ryanea".....This is certainly a great place to learn from and get started and even move onto the next level. My first tip would be to ensure you know your scales and all progressions and movements you already know in every key and you know the theory behind it. Below is a link outlining music theory.

Secondly as a self taught musician myself my suggestion would be to learn some new songs as they will help you not only add more chords, runs and progressions to your arsenal but allow you to progress and learn a wider range of songs.

A way in which most of us learn songs on this site is by chord posts, instructional videos or midi files. I personally post midi files as they allow you to see every note being played and allow you to learn the song in any key. You simply need to download some free software like vanBasco's midi player or my favourite MidiIllustrator and then download a midi file and open it and you’ll see every note.
