i really need help on writing invitation to musicians appreciation

i wanted to do my own invitations this year for my appreciation-------and iam stuck ---we have always

just sent out the programs---maybe a week or two before,but this year a want to go ahead and send them

out any help would be greatly apprecated

just any ideas of what i could say or what to say
