It means to flattened the Bb again.

If the chord is C E G Bbb, the notes are C, E, and A.

Think of it like this Bb (b). When you look on at a keyboard, you know that Bb is the third BLACK key in the group of three. All you're doing if flattening the Bb and, when you do, you land on "A".

I hope this helps.

More specificialy, it means is to lower the note B 1 whole step.  Here is how flats and sharps work:

Flats (b) - this means to lower the note 1/2 step for each flat

Bb = B lowered 1/2 step
Bbb = B lowered 1 whole step
Bbbb = B lowered 1 1/2 steps
etc.

Sharps (#) - this means to raise the note 1/2 step for each sharp

B# = B raised 1/2 step
B## = B raised 1 whole step
B### = B raised 1 1/2 steps
etc.

The whole point is it starts with the note first.  Then u go down 1/2 step for each flat and up 1/2 step for each sharp.
Real musicians play in every key!!!
