I am looking for a few must have albums that these drummers played on:

Max Roach, Elvin Jones, Philly Joe Jones, and Jimmy Cobb. 

I would appreciate any suggestions as well as why you feel they are a must have.  Thanks

Max Roach- Don't know album names but check out the old Dizzy Galespie and Charlie Parker stuff.
