Your going to have to do the key change from Ab to Dmaj.  Its not that hard.  Just right out the chords in Ab and take every key you write up 6 keys.  I do it all the time.  If you don't know how to read this......It's just givin you the chord name "Ab = Ab C Eb" and so on.  If you need to figure out what each chord is, go to the site below.  It doesn't really tell you how to play diminished and #6 and what not (thank God for theory) but if you know some theory you should be able to figure out most of these chords.  If not just let me know and I will write these out for you.
