Hey, I don't know if this is in the link T-Block posted, but a lot of times I take a scale and play a type of chord based on the key signature of that scale so I can come up with new chord progressions and musical sentences.
For example, try playing a E flat Lydian scale (B flat key signature) in all fourths. The first couple of chords would be:
LH/RH
EbAD/FBbEb
FBbEb/GCF
GCF/ADG
...and so on...if you do it in every key with a metronome, your chording ability and finger strength will increase.
Hope you enjoy!

These have been up since like 2005, LOL.  All these links and more are available in the Gospel Hangout Room under the topic "Helpful Links".
