You've already killed any possibility of developing your foot control to that level ... or beyond. Tony has two hand and two feet just like you. Start slow, and work your way up ...

Tony has pretty good foot control, but I wouldn't consider him 'top dog' in that area. While their style may not be your "cup of tea", check out Virgil Donati or Thomas Lang. Their are others, but those are two names that immediately came to mind...

thats where its all at like they said Tony has the same thing you got... work your way up slowly developing control.... then you'll see speed will come at you quicker before you know it...

Wrong.  We need to work on Control.  Speed is a byproduct of CONTROL.  Too many guys at church can do all of these fast doubles and triplets but they drool when they see Jeremy Haynes, Chris Coleman, Nathaniel Townsley, Calvin Rodgers and Derico Watson's foot or feet in C. Cole's case.  Why is that?  They have control.  They can do crazy foot patterns in an uptempo song and do very nice controlled foot work on ballads "if needed".  Control is the key.

Oh yeah, Donati and Lang are Masters of Foot Control.

Wrong!!!
You need to on your control and accuracy that is what makes Tony, Virgil, Thomas, Jojo and others as awe inspiring as they are. It is not their speed This is why books such as Stick Control, Master Studies, and Bass Drum Control are always mentioned by the greats 30+ years after being written. The same TRUTHS STILL APPLY.
