Yep. I need to see this dude Live. I've heard too many stories and I just want to experience a Dave Weckl Clinic and see the Ghost Notes with my own two eyes and glasses. LOL
LOL....and what a clinic to go to. Dave plays with a lot of emotion and energy. I like that. He's passionate about his playing. Ask Chris Coleman.....he had to say it on his DVD.
Weckl played on a Black Oak Custom kit. They have it for sale at my drum shop for $1500. He even signed the inside of the shells....Man am I tempted.
DO IT! Experience the true glory of Yamaha!.. Man that is a good deal... is it in the Musashi Black finish they just introduce?? Be tempted no more EC just do it! Throw some Emperors on that sucka and you will be gravy!
E-R can't have an Oak kit at his church....that would be disasterous. (sp?)That would cause the Acoustic Guitar player to leave the church along with many members.
Losing an Acoustic Guitar player would be of no consequence. When you're white, they come a dime a dozen
Alright Mr. Taco, I'd take the strumming over the boom tap tap boom tap tap boom tap tap any day. Think about it...if I truly played like all the other white people, and if I really liked that kinda music, do you think you would find me on here? haha. You crack me up man...you need to hear one of our services. We sing a whole lotta Spanish songs too.
Dude, Tacos are not a Puerto Rican food and you know that and yes, you all do sing a lot of Spanish songs......Saturday Evenings in the back of the church by the camp fire. Now, go home and tell your wife to make me some enchiladas. I heard she makes the best ones in New Mexico.
LMBO. Camp fire, outside of church? Maybe in Florida, thats against city ordinance over here. I was trying to speak BBD's language. He has the common misconception that Taco's are the food of choice for any and all Spanish speaking people. lol.
You bum, lol.....there you go...."panza"???? On the East Coast it's estomago or barriga. LOL Oh well, I want six. I love chicken enchiladas. Do you guys have Tijuana Flats???
You Puerto Ricans and your dialect. lol. It amazes me how much difference there is with the words that can be used in Spanish. A honduranian enchilada is what a New Mexican would consider a Tostada. Chicken Enchiladas is definitely a New Mexican dish. Tijuana Flat? Haven't heard of that. Probably known as a different name over here. What about Pupusa's? Sorry Sjon.
