MINOR SCALES (PURE AND HARMONIC)

Sorry, Guys, but I'm still having trouble writing a minor scales (pure and harmonic)!  I hope I saying it wirte.  I'm trying to study theory and when I see this for instance:

"Notate d-minor scale (harmonic) ascending and descending"
I know (from memory) that the relative major of  d-minor is F-Major.  Therefore, with that information, where do I go from here? 

Please help---at a BIG STAND STILL!!!!
