This song is sang by the Mississippi Mass Choir, and It is on their latest cd entitled' Not By Might Nor By Power". I believe that it #1 on the cd. I have the cd, but I have no idea how to do a midi of it.

**use same chords as verse 1 and 2  for precious and worthy.  In additon, make the song your own, add words like righteous, awesome mighty, and Jesus   .

This the song.  Make it your arrangement.  You will have to do some work.  If you do not know the chords, then you will need to find them on your own time.
Once you know chords symbols (Cm, C, Eb,  Ebmaj, Ebsus, etc)  you can pretty much look at sheet music and begin to play.  Lets begin to learn how to read music and not just allow someone to write them out for us. (Just the teacher in me, that's all.)

Hope this soon blesses someone.  LGM, Val215, T-Block, ferrente, and Bigtime  (all major posters of Chords) you all have been a blessing to me, thanks.

Be Blessed,
JehovahPraize

End the song on "where would I be".  It is really pretty easy once you get the hang of it.  Listen to the CD for rhythm and stuff.  I hope this helps someone out.

Credits Go To cas10a

If you can recognize the progression and chords in "1" key, it's all the same in another key, progressions are the same (note: I'm talking about maj keys, theory goes lil further on minor (adlib) but it's basically the same).  I've seen a lot of post asking for chords in a certain Key...If you know them in "1" key, transpose the notes/chords and practice...You will know the same in another key! Sure you can sub chords differently (depending on your feel in a certain key) and so forth, but the basics still remain the same.

Come By Here - Walter Hawkins (same as-Kum Bya Ya/just faster) & Shake The Devil Off - Don't know who this is by; but it's the same progression

Both Example midi's are done in Db and modulate to Eb

Both Progression follow:

1-3-4-3-6-3-2-5-6-3-4-3-2-5-2-5-1

The other chords I used in between on the midi are passing chords, here are the basic chords/progression for both songs (not including the intro/breaks on "Come by Here" - Walter Hawkins)...You'd be surprised how many songs actually use this same progression...lol!

Db/AbDbF
FEb/AbDbFAb
Gb/DbFBb
FEb/CEbAb

A/CEbF#A (Passing)

BbAb/DbFAb
FEb/CEbAb

Eb/GbBbDbF
Ab/GbBbDbEb

A/GbACEb (Passing)

Bb/CDbEbAb
F/AbDbFAb
Gb/DbFBb
F/AbCEbAb

D/AbDF (to dim passing)

Eb/BbDbGb
Ab/AbDbF

Eb/GbBbDbEb
Ab/GbBbDbEb
