the roland jv2080 is a monster its like you get the xp60,xp80 and the jv series soundset in one unit even though the module is old alot of people still use them today like me its my brain i run mine through a roland a80 and to this day i feel like that module is unstopable i know we got the popular motif, triton and fantoms but do they really compare to the good ole roland module the jv2080 or any of the older xp series or jv series roland boards.give me stories of your exsperience with that popular module or any of the older roland boards like xp jv etc..................HOLLA

I got the xp10. I wish I had waited and got the xp80. I would still be using that board until today. The xp10 is nice only the polyphony runs out if you play like me. I hate that. Roland always had tight sounds.
Vision without action is just day dreaming. I miss practicing.

Ive played the XP10 (love the piano) and the XP80 (love everything)! Im actually in the process of savin money for a FantomX7. I wouldnt mind taking a XP80 but I can't find anyone (that still has it) that will actually sell it ha ha! A lot of people say the Motif is the baddest board out right now but I think that's just an overrated and personal opinion. Roland has its own "unique" piano sound! Gotta love em
Keys, bass, drums, trombone, I sing a lil bit too lol
