Musical cry for help (the cry done in key Fminor on a 1/8 beat pattern)

I need the chords to the song "Lord make me over" by Tonex, preferrably in Key C---if not, any other key will do.
I got some chords, on this site, in G# but they sure sound wrong---trust me on that coz I play purely by ear and I can tell when "it don' sound tyte".
May I please have the chords ?

Does it sound close?  Can you use those chords you found to help you figure out the song?  Instead of trying to get exact chords all the time, try learning the pattern of these songs, then playing it your way.  Just a suggestion.

Yeah, I feel ya coz that's what I do all the time.  However, for this one song, there are quite a number of semitones, inversions, this' and thats' and I jus wanna get the basic chords right;  Chorus is no problem but there's a part in the verse that goes musically pear shaped and that's where the rubber meets the road.........hola.
