I Just Posted this information to the same request 2 days ago. Here's a little lesson for you:

First, let me encourage you to purchase a chord dictionary so that you can translate the symbols. They are really inexpensive. You can also co to www.looknohands.com/chordhouse/piano/ to help you translate chord symbols into notes

Okay here's a little help on the first two chord symbols:
I
F al-
Bbadd9 most

It is important to learn your scales so that you can easily figure out chord notation (symbols).

The F chord notes are F-A-C you would play a F in the left hand. Playing F-A-C in the right hand doesn't quite sound right. To achieve the sound you want you may have to invert the chords (changing the order of the notes). So, instead, I'd play C-F-A in the right hand.
NOTE: If the chord was written C/F you would play the the C note in the left hand and the F chord in the right. Whatever is on the left side of the slash is your bass note, otherwise, whatever chord is given is your bass note.

The next chord is Bbadd9. If you look in your handy dandy chord translator you'd find the notes for this chord is Bb-D-F-C. Here's how we get that....The notes for the Bb scale is
1st note -Bb
2nd -C
3-D
4-Eb
5-F
6-G
7-A To add the 9th note lets continue...
8-Bb
9- C

A major chord consist of your 1-3-5 notes. THe Bbadd9 chord wqill consist of the 1-3-5-9 notes. Again, we will have to invert beacuse the root inversion, Bb-D-F-C doesn't sound right. I'd play Bb-C-D-F or F-Bb-C-D in the right hand.

With all that here are your chords. I translated the chords, note for note from the chords posted on my site. This is probably the only time I will do this, because it is too time consuming. I left the chord symbols so that you can look in your chord dictionary and see what I did. That way, you can learn how to translated for yourself.
