FedEx Lost my NEW KEYBOARD!!!!!!

Finally paid off my new Triton Le 76 w/ hard case and fedex delivered to the WRONG HOUSE!!!!!!  As you can imagine, I'M FURIOUS!!!!  My question is why not ring the doorbell and make sure you have the right house instead of just leaving it at the door.  Not that anybody cares, I just had to tell somebody.  Thanks for listening!!!!

Some of us actually do care. Was it shipped Express, Ground, or Home Delivery? Was a signature required? If not, then normally drivers ring the doorbell, knockl on the door and leave the package.

Nakia, ya'll almost saw me on dateline or cnn or something. After i acted a fool on fed ex(I was calm till they said I can't talk to anyone till Monday) Whoever's house they put it at must have put it on my door step because after a long day of rehearsal (10am-5:30pm)  I finally made it home and it was on the step.  THANK GOD!!!!  But everything seems to be working on it.  The pitch bend was pushed in but i took it apart and fixed it and it works great now.

I'm still trying to figure out what happened to my MP3 player....It said delivered but when I got home it was gone....Forget the hassle I just let it go but for now on stuff is going to my job.

You must not have had insurance on it because Im not sure I would have fixed that pitch bend. I have gotten things from UPS and FEDEX and they have gave it to my neighbors. I wasnt happy with that either. My neighbors didnt even say anything until I asked about it.

On last Friday, we hadn't received our check from the insurance company (for Redd totaling the Van).  Come to find out, the insurance company had sent the package via DHL like a week earlier.  They had just dropped the package off outside without ringing the doorbell or letting anyone sign for it.  I was hot.

I still have not received a call from fed-ex asking if the package has been found.  Thats bad business!
