I think this might be it

I think that the song is sung to high so I usually do it in Eb or Db but I'll post it in the key of E(off of album).

These are also the same chords for the second part that goes "you know all about me, the good and the bad....." you just have to figure out which chords fit where. But these are the same ones though.
