hello LGM i have a gospel group named YBD (young but devoted). We have 3 singers. One is shy and she wont sing out. Another wants to be a back up singer only but has one of the stronger voices and the other one wants to be a solo artist. And they all hate more than an hour rehersal.This is hard for me because God gave me a gift to write songs and play instruments but it seems they hold me back. Some times i feel like quitting WHAT SHOULD I DO
