Need chords for Tye Tribbett song!!

Does anybody know the chords for the song "Everything will be alright" off of the Victory album at the end of the song when they go "Alright, alright, alright!" and Tye be like "Yes it will be!" and "Ooo, oooo, ooo!" I can't figure that part out for nothing. It just don't sound right, lol. Please help!
