HOW TO CREATE A SONG INTRO

I need some help about how to create any song intro. Where do you start? How Chords do you play first? etc....I'd really appreciate your help.  Thank you

It depends which song you're playing, but here is one you might use for a suitable song.  Something like (My life is in your hands by Kirk Franklin.)

F#Bb/C#F#Bb
EbAbC/C#AbC
FAbC#/FAbC#
