A number of years ago, a group did a song that I think was entitled, "If you're happy and you know it."  I assuming thais, because they basically used the lyrics to the children's song of the same name.  The song, of course, is more up-tempo with a call-and-response vamp that says,"Happy in Jesus - Happy in Jesus."  If anyone thinks that they know this song, please-please-please, let me know or shoot me a link or something.  I've been l;ooking for this song for years, but without success.  Thanks in advance, for any help.

The song is "Happy in Jesus" (I BELIEVE that it the title), and is by Minister Jeff Jacobs.

Not sure how successful you will be in finding it as it appears to be out of print. You may want to shoot Long Fingers a PM to see if might possibly have it.

I used to hear choirs sing this song ALL THE TIME and NO ONE ever sung it right!

I'm not sure, yielded. Like I said this album is from the 80's and is out of print. I believe it was on the AIR (Atlanta Int'l Records) label, so you might contact them and see if you can find anything on Jeff Jacobs. Or like I said, you can try to send Long Fingers a PM, as he has said that he has many out of print gospel titles. It's worth a shot!
