someone please help me out with this ending

ok im playing a worship song and this ending kinda sounds like that progression on"i told the storm" by hez walker but im using it to end a song this is what i have i need the chord where the ? marks are every chord i play dont sound right i played a diminished didnt like it and i played a a flat major...
