This Is the Air I Breathe

Does anyone have the piano introduction chorded out?  I'm having trouble...I think it starts in C, then goes to D, then Bb, slides up the keyboard on the black notes into Eb and arpeggios back down...but its not sounding quite right....Help???? (you play "this is the air I breathe" in each key, 3-5-1-1-4-3-4)
