C,G/E,G,A,B(play A as a grace note, C & G are played in the bass octave)

D,A/E,A,Db( D & A is the same octave as C & G)

Eb/A,C,Eb,Gb

E,B/Gb,G,A,D,Gb(E & B is the same octave as C & G)

Gb,E/Bb,Eb,Gb

B,Gb/D,Gb,B,Db( B & Gb is the same octave as C & G)

Eb/A,C,Eb,G

Those last three chords I have to listen to a little more, I will post them as soon as I get them.
