I've heard so much about your  good down home cooking.  I'm looking for a potato salad recipe.  Any good ones you can share.

I'm going to share a lil secret for my potato salad. I don't use salt and pepper. I only use Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend. Makes a HUGE difference in the taste. I'm the one that everyone requests to make the potato salad. I also don't put much mustard in mine...maybe just a teaspoon.

Here are my ingredients:
Boiled potaotes (not too soft, or your salad will me mushy)
Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend
Celery
Green Onions
Mayonnaise (miracle whip messes up the taste)
Very little mustard
Sweet pickle relish
A little Cayenne pepper ( a sista is from New Orleans)
boiled eggs*

Sorry, I don't measure anything....gotta taste as you go along.

How long do you boil your potato's

I find that if you boil them "gently", uncovered, for about 23 - 25 minutes, testing for doneness after 20 minutes or so they are done to perfection. (but thats just me..... ;D)
