Problem Solving - Everybody Cross da river

Since this is brain teaser post week....lol   ;D

Click on link then click on blue circle to begin. Use the rules below.

"Everybody has to cross the river".
The following rules apply:
1. Only 2 persons on the raft at a time
2. The father can not stay with any of the daughters without their mother's
     presence
3. The mother can not stay with any of the sons without their father's
     presence
4. The thief (striped shirt) can not stay with any family member if the
     Policeman is not there
5. Only the Father, the Mother and the Policeman know how to operate the craft
 
To start click on the big blue circle on the right.
 
To move the people click on them. To move the raft click on the pole on
the opposite side of the river.

yea ive done this before the first time i got frustrated and quit but i went back took bout 2 min to figure it out

I recall reading somewhere that this is actually used as part of a job interview in Japan. They have to complete it within a certain amount of time in order further proceed with the interview ::)

Well, I wouldn't be able to proceed with the interview because it took me about 20mins to figure this out, it was the first time I've ever heard/seen or done anything like this so don't be to cruel.... ;D

yea.. it took me a few seconds as well...lol but i saw the special ending  ;D

why is it that all japanese games.. have crazy endings like that... you are like  :-\

but i guess they said as much work & thought they put into them.. you should be happy to finish.. and that is all the gratification u need

You know i've done the other game similar to this, but this is harder because you have more people to deal with.

I GOT IT...took me about 5 minutes, but I had tried abour 4 times earlier today.
It just happened. I wasn't even paying attention...good job for me!

I did it in about 15 minutes. I was a tad bit distracted because I was on the phone. That hint helped me a lil bit.
