Help!!!

Hello guys out there..
I'm leading a gospel choir in Germany and I want to make a new song with them.
So I need your help: What can I make with them? Does anybody know a real good gospel which is really cool and good for a young choir?
And I also want to sing "he's able" from Kirk Franklin. But I don't have any chords. I've searched them everywhere but I haven't found them.

Would anybody help me???
