...yo, I have Tower of Power in Concert DVD and David is doing some crazy grooves with killer ghost notes on the snare and hi hat. I read on MD that people try to guess if he's playing the ghost notes on the hihat or snare. That's cool. He's funky for real. Another reason I like this cat is because he combines Funk with Latin and it just sounds insane. I love it.
