I had a topic about that pedal about 3 months back. I really like it. Sabe was going to let me know when his connection in Orlando gets them in!!! and get me a price on it. Nothing yet.

God Bless.

They are not shipping until March or so. Only 2 guys are building them.

I'd be really interested in knowing the feel of the pedal. The design is totally different.

Yeah, I tried that pedal on Saturday.  It is very smooth.  I did not get the price though.  It is one of the smoothest pedals I have every tested.  I believe it is smoother than the strap pedals.  It is like you can adjust the intensitiy of the spring (by the way I did not see a srping on the pedal unless it is inside of the little chamber on the side of the pedal) with a dial like adjustment (it has numbers according to the intensity that you want).  It is a very solid pedal.  I seen tested it at this place in Harrisburg called Dale drum shop here is the link http://www.dalesdrumshop.com/Default.html This shop is the best kept secret on the east coast. They live and eat drums.  They get everything early before any shop that I know.  Yall Stay Blessed, Nate j.

I believe the spring is a torsion type withing the casing.
