you select free, then where it says "Download Ticket reserved" you have to wait until the countdown reaches 0, then enter whatever letter/number combination you see appear in different colors in that text box, then click start download. the only thing with Rapidshare is that I believe you can only download a certain amount of MB's per hour and if you go over that limit you have to wait an hour before you can download anything else from there.
