I believe there is a site on the net that has all the chord names. But, all you have to do is ask us and we can tell you the chord names. Like that Bb-C-Eb you got there is a C minor 7th chord, w/out the 5th, G. The full Cm7 chord is C-Eb-G-Bb.
Another trick to finding out the names of chords, take all the letters and stack them into 3rds, then analyze from there. Here are some chord formulas for ya wit examples in C:
major = 1-3-5 (C-E-G)
minor = 1-b3-5 (C-Eb-G)
diminished = 1-b3-b5 (C-Eb-Gb)
fully diminished = 1-b3-b5-bb7 (C-Eb-Gb-Bbb)
major 7th = 1-3-5-7 (C-E-G-B)
minor 7th = 1-b3-5-b7 (C-Eb-G-Bb)
major minor 7th / dominant 7th = 1-3-5-b7 (C-E-G-Bb)
minor major 7th = 1-b3-5-7 (C-Eb-G-B)
add9 = 1-2-3-5 (C-D-E-G)
9th = 1-3-5-7-9 (C-E-G-B-D)
11th = 1-3-5-7-9-11 (C-E-G-B-D-F)
13th = 1-3-5-7-9-11-13 (C-E-G-B-D-F-A)
There are others, but here is a good list to start you off with. For your 7th, 9th, 11th, and 13th chords, you can omit notes or add notes to make other chords. But, basically everything branches off from your major chord.
