I was listening to some old gospel mixtapes (I recorded from the radio back in the day) and I can't get these two...I need help finding out the title and also who recorded these songs, they're old songs, maybe early 90's:
The first one goes like this (a choir is singing but has a woman ad-libing)
This is maybe the vamp part of the song...
I'm more than a conqueror
(repeats many times)
Greater is He that is in Me, than he who lives in the world,
I'm more than a conqueror.
Greater is He that is in me,
I'm more than a conqueror.
More than a conqueror through Him that loves us.
More than a conqueror through Him that loves us.
Great is all these things we're more than a conqueror.
Ending:
Great is all these things we're more than a conqueror.
The second song goes like this, real simple song, bass driven: (has a woman ad-libing here too)
(Tenors start it off, then the altos come in, followed by the sporanos)
Tenors:
Can't nobody
Can't nobody
Altos:
Can't nobody, nobody do me like Jesus.
Can't nobody, nobody do me like Him.
Sopranos:
Picked me up and turned me around,
placed me feet on solid, can't nobody.
Vamp:
Nooooooooo
Nobody but Jesus.
If anybody could help me I'd appreciate it so much, thank you!
