PLEASE HELP

Could somebody please help me and chord this short song out for me.  I would love to learn it for my wedding.  I gave my word to my future bride that I would play and sing for her on our wedding day.  Yes I'm doing it all for LOVE, my voice isn't that great and I new at playing keyboard/piano, but love makes you do things you would never have before. The name of the song is MY Angel by Jamie Foxx off his hit show, The Jamie Foxx Show;  when he married Fancie.
