Thanks for sharing again, B3!  Gotta ask you though: what's your favorite Korean food?

I don't know yet. I don't think I've tried enough to say, but if I had to choose between what I've had so far, it'd probably be Kimbab. It's meat and vegatables wrapped in rice, which is then wrapped in seaweed.

As I've told you before, my sister-in-law is Korean and she has this big jar of kim-chee in the refrigerator ~ she loves anything hot!

She also makes these Korean egg rolls called lumpia (sp?) Ever hear of it?  They're a big hit at family gatherings and they go real quick!

No. I don't think I've heard of that before.

The hottest thing I've eatten so far was "andong chimda". It's a really hot chicken dish. I can't eat kimchi, because I'm kind of alergic to it...a food alergy.

By far, my favorite Korean dish is yaki mandu (I know I'm spelling that all wrong). They are little fried dumplings that taste great with ketchup.

I also liked a little dish of seasoned meat and veggies over a mixture of rice and eggs. I'd go and get a big plate of that after our Sunday night services . . . that was one tasty dish!

Be Blessed, everyone  :D
